Extra Chapter: Observations from the Research Process
In many ways, I found the process of conducting the one-on-one research for the book just as fascinating as the substance of what I was hearing. During the course of talking with and surveying men about how they think and feel in the workplace, and how they perceive female colleagues, I saw some unmistakable big-picture patterns that simply didn’t exist when men were talking about their personal relationships.
